The project has been implemented within a national
consortium formed of 4 VET schools: Technical College Costin D. Nenitescu
Pitesti - coordinating institution and the partner sending institutions:
Economic College Maria Teiuleanu Pitesti, Technological Highschool Vitomiresti
and Technological Highschool no. 1 Maracineni.
The project has had as a general objective to promote the
transnational mobility activities in order that students acquire knowledge,
abilities and competences meant to contribute to their personal development, to
their chances to integrate on the European labour market and to recognize
learning using ECVET instruments - Memorandum of Understanding, Learning
Agreement and Europass Mobility.
This objective has been achieved through 96 VET lerners
mobilities in which participants came from the four partner institutions.
The specific objectives of the project have been the
following:
- developing the abilities and competences of a group of 48
participants (qualification Trade worker) concerning the transition from school
to workplace and elaborating a business plan;
- developing the
abilities and competences of a group of 48 participants (qualification
Technician in trade activities and Technician in economic activities) in the
field of Marketing and Organising human resources;
- developing the capacity of communication in English for
all 96 participants in the project;
- developing the social abilities of the 96 participants in
the project – team spirit, self- esteem, tolerance;
The specific objectives have been completely achieved
according to the project proposal by developing the professional competences of
the group of 96 participants through
training mobilities in the partner institution- VET Training centre – WBS
Training AG, Germany, as it follows:
-48 participants , qualification Trade worker , the X- th
grade, have carried out 60 practice hours each, on the modules: M3 –
Professional Communication and M4 – Starting a business;
-48 participants,qualification Technician in economic
activities and Trade technician,the XI-th grade, have achieved 66 practice
hours each, on the modules: M1. Business Marketing and M3. Organising human
resources;
The mobility of the 96 participants has been carried out in
6 flows of 16 participants each, as it follows:
-Flow 1, period 05.05
- 18.05.2015, 11 participants from Economic Colllege Maria Teiuleanu Pitesti
and 5 participants from Technologic
Highschool no. 1 Maracineni,qualification

-Flow 2, period 05.06 - 18.06.2015, 8 participants from

and 8 participants from Technologic Highscool Vitomiresti, qualification

-24.08.2015, 8 participants from Technical College Costin D. Nenitescu Pitesti
and 8 participants from Technologic Highscool Vitomiresti, qualification
Technician in economic activities, the XI-th grade;
- Flow 4, period 16.10 - 29.10.2015, 8 participants
fromTechnical College Costin D. Nenitescu Pitesti and 8 participants from
Technologic Highschool no. 1 Maracineni, qualification Trade worker , the X-th
grade;
-Flow 5 , period 06.05 - 19.05.2016, 8 participants from
Technical College Costin D. Nenitescu Pitesti and 8 participants from
Technologic Highscool Vitomiresti ,qualification Trade worker , the X-th grade;
-Flow 6, period 07.06 - 20.06.2016, 12 participants from
Economic College Maria Teiuleanu Pitesti
and 4 participants from Technologic Highschool no. 1 Maracineni,qualification
Trade worker , the X-th grade;
In the project there
have been implemented ECVET quality elements which have ensured the
transparency and certification of the learning outcomes acquired during
mobility and have permitted the recognition of the training period that has
been validated for all the participants through granting the credit points
assigned to the respective modules. The validation and recognition of the
learning outcomes have been carried out by the sending institutions after the
mobility.
All the objectives initially proposed by the project have been
completely achieved with very good results and the impact on the participants
has been relevant from the point of view of the professional training but also
of the social competences. Participants have improved their confidence to perform assumed tasks in
a new work environment . Moreover, they have better understood the necessity of knowing a foreign language
of international circulation , they have become more analytical and more
responsible.
By this project we have facilitated the access to the Erasmus
+ Programme of some entry level VET institutions that have acquired competences
in the management of the VET learners training projects.
